Shift: Monday to Wednesday from 5:00am - 1:30pm

Security of Branch:

Controlling access to buildings and grounds, allowing access under the branch policy.

Customer Service:

• Handle incoming customer calls concerning
• Routing Specials on Demand
• Service Request
• No pick-ups
• Resolve customer issues
  
  Generate ETA to Ops Report
• Communication with all routes

Maintain Dispatchers Log:

• Logging hourly calls into the report log system, including over the payment liability route problems/concerns about Suspicious activity.
• Create Holiday Routes and Maintain Requests from Customers and National Accounts.
• Send out safety/ security messages
• Coordinate any special services to routes and make supervisors aware.
• Coordinate variable account pick-ups and deliveries
• Maintain the Daily ATM Combos list. Assist Messengers with force balances on ATMs and any related ATM Issues
• Perform any other duties or special projects as deemed necessary by the Management Staff.

Position duties include handling customers’ calls into the branch, communicating with all routes, providing ATM combo/support to routes, keying information in daily to the RPMS report, maintaining and updating SOFI information Daily, and maintaining Branch reports.

General Information:

Climate-controlled office environment. Requires extended time sitting at a desk, opening doors to the building, answering company phone lines, operating computers, and monitoring vehicle radios.
