The RoleWe’re hiring a Residential Roofing Sales Manager to:
- Lead and coach 5 residential sales reps
- Recruit and grow the team
- Train reps in in-home, insurance & retail roofing sales
- Hold the team accountable to CRM, documentation, and process
- Drive revenue through leadership—not personal production
No personal sales quota
