We’re hiring a Residential Roofing Sales Manager

• Lead and coach 5 residential sales rep
• Recruit and grow the team
• Train reps in in-home, insurance & retail roofing sales
• Hold the team accountable to CRM, documentation, and process
• Drive revenue through leadership — not personal production

• Have residential roofing or construction sales experience
• Enjoy leading people more than closing deals yourself
• Are organized, process-driven, and goal-oriented
