European Auto Mechanic – A-Level Technician

Euro Tech LLC is Shreveport’s trusted European automotive repair facility, specializing in Mercedes-Benz and BMW vehicles. Our team of expert technicians delivers precision, craftsmanship, and service excellence backed by decades of experience. We’re seeking a highly skilled A-Level Technician with deep knowledge of European vehicles to join our growing team. This is a senior-level role for a true master technician who can lead by example, handle complex diagnostics, and ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Competitive Pay: $100K-$150K annually with performance-based bonuses
• Specialty Focus: Dedicated to European luxury vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, VW, Volvo, and more)
• Advanced Tools: OEM-level and aftermarket scan tools including ODIS, ISTA, Xentry, and PIWIS
• Growth Path: Opportunities to advance into Master Diagnostic Technician or Shop Foreman roles
• Training & Support: Paid ongoing factory and ASE training to maintain cutting-edge expertise

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs using OEM and aftermarket scan tools
• Handle complex mechanical, driveline, transmission, and electrical issues
• Document all diagnostics, repairs, and parts accurately in the shop system
• Test-drive vehicles to verify concerns and confirm successful repairs
• Mentor B- and C-level technicians to support their technical development
• Stay current on TSBs, recalls, and OEM procedures for European brands
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area
• Work closely with service advisors to provide accurate timelines and updates
• 5-10 years of experience servicing European vehicles
• Master-level proficiency with European OEM diagnostic systems (ODIS, ISTA, Xentry, PIWIS, VIDA)
• Strong understanding of European electrical systems, CAN bus, module coding, and programming
• Proven success in complex mechanical and electrical repairs with minimal comebacks
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Factory training from major European OEMs
• ASE Master Certification or OEM certifications (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, VW/Audi, Porsche, etc.)
• Hybrid, EV, and high-voltage certification (Tesla, BMW i-series, Mercedes EQ, etc.)
• Experience with ADAS calibration and programming
• Leadership experience mentoring or training junior technicians

• Earnings: $100K-$150K per year (flat rate + performance-based bonuses)
