We are seeking an experienced Administrative Office Assistant with 3+ years of recent, in-office experience who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phones and provide professional front-office support
Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Manage scheduling, filing systems, and email correspondence
Assist with office organization, data entry, and record maintenance
Run local errands as needed (bank, post office, deliveries)
Greet visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
Support special projects and assist with daily office operations
Qualifications - Required
Minimum 3 years of administrative or office assistant experience
Recent in-office work history required (not remote-only)
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Professional demeanor with a positive, dependable attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
Reliable transportation for daily errands and office needs
Schedule & Compensation
Monday-Friday, standard business hours
$16-$18/hour, based on experience (DOE)
