• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all work performed, including parts used and time on site.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure timely service and efficient scheduling.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job.
• Stay current with industry best practices, equipment, and training opportunities.

• 3–5 years HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• $20–$35 per hour depending on experience
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced technicians
