Job Description

A community-focused healthcare organization in Show Low, Arizona is hiring an experienced Newborn Nursery Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time role. This position will operate in a family-centered care environment on a unit that offers a diverse range of services. Level II Nursery which is certified by the Arizona Perinatal Trust as a Level II Perinatal Care Center.

Position Overview

• Care for patients with respiratory and feeding difficulties

Shift Details

• 12-hour Night shifts
• 6p-6a
• 36 hours per week

Compensation & Incentives

• Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance available up to $5,000
• Complete benefits package available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients requiring special care
• Manage newborn and premature infant patients
• Care for patients with requiring antibiotic and IV therapy
• Practices within professional, legal and ethical standards and is accountable for actions and decisions at all times.
• Etc.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Arizona or compact)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent NICU Level 2 experience
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
