We’re looking for a Project Engineer with 2‑4 years of experience in public works and asphalt paving projects.

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of asphalt paving and public works projects.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure projects stay on track.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Support contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and material tracking.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies as needed.
• Assist in job site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Use project management software and tools to analyze productivity and efficiency.

• 2‑4 years of experience in heavy civil construction, asphalt paving, or public works projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with DOT and municipal public works projects (a plus).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with project scheduling, estimating, and construction management software (e.g., Procore, HCSS, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Ability to relocate to the Show Low/Taylor, AZ area.
