As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Engage and connect with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by implementing our selling strategies.
• Share product knowledge to maximize sales.
• Build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Understand and respect customers' personal styles when offering fashion advice.
• Inspire customers with your product knowledge to meet their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to keep the store clean and organized.
• Complete assigned duties such as floor sets, restocking, and ringing up customers.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, working collaboratively with the team.
