Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a dedicated Field Human Resources Manager to provide invaluable support to three of our veterinary hospitals across Virginia. This position is on-site, requiring regular travel between hospitals.

- Strategic
Collaboration:
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement HR programs seamlessly, ensuring effective communication and anticipating challenges. - Employee Relations: Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance, conducting investigations, and collaborating with HR Business Partners and legal counsel as needed.
- Performance Enhancement: Coach leaders through performance concerns, facilitate performance reviews, and ensure fair and equitable treatment across all levels.
- Compliance and Analytics: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while leveraging data and analytics to drive meaningful insights and strategies.
- Salary: $85k - $95k pending experience and skill set.

- Experience and
Education:
Bachelor s degree + 3 years as an HR Manager. If no bachelor s degree, then 5 years in a relevant role. - Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems;
Ceridian experience is advantageous. - Proactive Problem Solver: Navigate ambiguity with ease, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- HR Expertise: Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a knack for navigating ambiguous situations.
- Empathetic Leader: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, fostering trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
