The Sales Associate ensures every Range USA customer receives the assistance and knowledge they need to achieve the experience they seek. Primary responsibility is to convert customers into buyers, meeting the desired experience and overall sales goals.

• Commit to Range USA’s mission and provide the best customer service.
• Exceed customer expectations and build lasting relationships.
• Greet customers and facilitate their experience.
• Convert customers to buyers by offering the sale.
• Ensure customers leave with the complete package supporting their main purchase.
• Inform customers about services, discounts, offers, sales, and promotions.
• Conduct range customer check‑in efficiently and politely.
• Maintain range timer for accurate customer time tracking.
• Run a compliant firearm rental process.
• Use radios for communication with the Range Safety Officer regarding safety and customer issues.
• Answer questions about product pricing, features, benefits, availability.
• Maintain compliance with government agencies, including 4473 and background checks.
• Stay updated on new products and industry news.
• As an e‑commerce picker, check the pickup dashboard hourly and pick new orders.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer‑service sales experience, preferably in specialty retail.
• Ability to understand, recall, and follow complex compliance regulations and handle confidential information.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and necessary opening/closing times.
• Minimum age 21.

• Extended periods of standing.
• Lift and/or push objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Work at heights up to 10 ft.
