- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, sales growth, and increased market share within the assigned region.
- Expand existing customer accounts and proactively acquire new business opportunities across the full MHS service portfolio.
- Promote testing services across the medical device and IVD lifecycle, including MRI Safety, Biological Safety, Packaging, Cybersecurity, and related services.
- Strengthen loyalty and retention of strategic accounts by coordinating complex project delivery and improving efficiency for customers.
- Lead the onboarding of new complex projects in collaboration with scientific leads and operations teams.
- Conduct periodic business reviews and maintain strong customer relationships across assigned accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in natural sciences, medical technology, biology, biotechnology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience with testing, auditing, or certification (ISO) preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO 17025, ISO 13485, ISO 10993, or GLP standards is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers who have varying levels of technical expertise.

- The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $100,000
. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off. - Work model:
