We are looking for full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis in the Shorewood, IL area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
Job Responsibilities- No experience is needed—paid training is provided.
- Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
- Provide best‑in‑class automotive service while earning weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed.
- Use industry‑leading processes and contribute to service excellence.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to work five days per week.
