• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, merchandising straightening, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to set, maintain and adjust sales floor merchandise displays and keep backroom space organized.
• Identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to Target’s policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Comply with all federal, state and local adult beverage laws as they apply to your business.
• Practice safety and proper use of equipment; follow equipment control guidelines.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while ensuring compliance with laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate via multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance required.
• Ability to work in cool or cold environments (34°F to
  -10°F) as needed and with potential allergens.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity and other elements during duties such as Drive-Up or carryout.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
