Bilingual Territory Sales Representative (Everett, WA)
Location: Territory position in Washington covering North Seattle – Everett up to Bellingham, and east of Washington including Pullman and surrounding areas.
Reports To: Associate Director of Sales.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will manage loan originations and cultivate strong relationships with auto dealerships across Washington. This role is not a desk job—it is field‑based, meeting clients and making an impact.

189 outside the 9‑5 setting and enjoy spending 40+ hours a week with business clients, this is an opportunity for you. Travel reimbursements are provided for extensive car travel within your designated geography.
- Starting base salary at $73,343 or more plus a quarterly performance bonus, depending on experience

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective auto dealerships in your territory
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership accounts, available via phone, text, or email during business hours
- Educate dealerships on our services
- Prospect auto dealerships for future business
- Weekly travel to dealerships in your designated geography
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Reliable Transportation

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to manage difficult relationship situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
