Server - Part Time CWP

Compensation $16.66 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Variable shifts available, employees need to be able to take 3 to 4 shifts per week:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Sundays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

The server is a short shift dining room staff position that is responsible for supporting dining room services to ensure an efficient dining experience for residents. This position may fill one or all of these roles; waitperson, bus person or runner. General duties include setting up and clearing the dining room, prepping for meals, preparing garnishes, taking orders, bringing food to the table and assisting with dishes as directed.

• Demonstrates the values of a CRISTA leader.

• Must be able to read, write, communicate in and interpret English at a functional level.
• Add, subtract, multiply and divide using fractions, whole numbers and decimals.

• Washington State Food Handler’s Permit

• Adhere to CRISTA dress code.
• Follow all CRISTA Ministries’ policies, procedures and doctrines.
• Follow directions.
