Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (min 12) we have opportunities for this too.
The table shows the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work – the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and give 3 weeks’ notice of when your shifts will be. We support flexibility; if the times you are available to work match closely but not exactly to the advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.
