We offer social, wellbeing, volunteering, and mentoring opportunities to young adults aged between 14-26, from our base in Shoreham-By-Sea. We aim to involve young adults as partners in everything we do, this provides a platform for them to develop confidence, build life skills, and improve their wellbeing. They, in turn, make our organisation, and society, a better place.
Backgroundto the Role
In this new role as Corporate Partnerships Lead, you’ll play a vital part in securing and growing income for Esteem by building long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with corporate partners, and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering tangible financial results, ensuring that partnerships not only benefit young people but also contribute to Esteem’s long‑term sustainability and visibility.
Working closely with the Head of Fundraising, you’ll lead on developing and stewarding new and existing corporate partnerships, especially within the local business community, and explore innovative ways for companies to invest in young people’s futures through sponsorship, employee engagement, and collaborative projects, all while achieving income targets.
