A mid-sized managed service provider in Shoreham-by-Sea seeks a Problem Management Lead for a 9-month fixed term contract. In this hybrid role, you will own the problem management lifecycle, produce dashboards in Service Now, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate has robust experience in incident management and expertise in Service Now and Excel, alongside excellent communication skills.
Salary is up to £38,000 pro rata. This role starts in April 2026.
