This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Junior Mechanical Project Manager to join a long-established and highly respected M&E Building Services contractor delivering commercial mechanical projects across education, healthcare, fit-out, and specialist sectors.

Projects typically range from £500k to £5m across commercial mechanical installations including HVAC, plant rooms, pipework, and associated M&E services.

This role is ideally suited to a Mechanical Site Manager, Mechanical Site Supervisor, or experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong site experience in Mechanical Building Services who is looking to progress into a Project Management position within an established M&E contractor.

As Junior Mechanical Project Manager, you will support the delivery of Mechanical Building Services projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

Working alongside experienced Senior Mechanical Project Managers and Directors, you will gain exposure to full project lifecycle responsibility across commercial M&E projects.

• Assisting with management of mechanical building services projects
• Coordinating HVAC systems, pipework, plant rooms and associated services
• Supporting programme management and reporting
• Procurement of plant and materials
• Subcontractor coordination and supervision
• Attending client and site meetings
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
• Supporting commercial control and cost awareness

• Strong Mechanical Building Services site experience
• Background as a Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Supervisor
• Experience delivering commercial M&E projects

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Desire to progress into Mechanical Project Management

This position would also suit someone currently operating as a Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Supervisor looking to take the next step into their first Mechanical Project Manager role.
