Salary: £25,304 rising to £25,835 per year, with opportunities for progression

Contract Type:
Permanent, Full Time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Do

* Provide one-to-one mentoring and pastoral support to apprentices throughout their programmes

* Act as a key point of contact, supporting apprentices with progress, motivation, and wellbeing

* Monitor apprentice attendance, engagement, and progress, identifying support needs early

* Work closely with employers, tutors, and assessors to ensure apprentices succeed

* Support apprentices with study skills, employability, and personal development

* Maintain accurate records and contribute to learner reviews and action plans

What You’ll Bring

* Experience supporting learners, apprentices, or staff in education, training, or the workplace

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* A supportive, organised, and learner-focused approach

* Confidence motivating individuals and helping them overcome barriers to success

* Relevant qualifications in education, training, coaching, or mentoring are desirable
(or equivalent experience you’re keen to develop further in an educational setting)
