We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take the lead on an exciting new self‑storage build project in Shoreham. This is a contract role lasting six months, with a focus on civils and steel‑frame construction. Our client is looking for a professional who can hit the ground running and ensure successful delivery of this project. The role is based on‑site and falls outside of IR35, offering an ASAP start for the right candidate.

• Civils Expertise

• Steel Frame Construction
