We're on the lookout for a Welder to join our expanding client based in Shirebrook on a full time, after 12 weeks – perm .

Salary: £15.50 - £16.25 per hour (depending on experience).

Hours:

07:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday and 07:30am – 3pm on Friday.

The Role:

This is a full-time role for a Skilled Welder/Fabricator located in Nottinghamshire. The Skilled Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for performing welding tasks including arc, TIG, and MIG welding, fabricating materials, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Daily tasks will also involve reading and interpreting technical drawings, maintaining tools and equipment, and collaborating with the production team to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proficiency in MIG Welding techniques

* Strong knowledge of Materials used in welding and fabrication

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship

* Strong teamwork and communication skills

* Relevant certifications in welding and fabrication are beneficial

* Prior experience in the rail industry is an advantage

Essential Requirements:

* Experience with MIG welding.
