Clearance Required - Financial Requirements Analyst

• 5+ years of DoD Financial Analysis experience, ideally within the Defense Transportation System
• Experience supporting DoD or Federal financial management programs
• Background in cost analysis, WBS development, or LCCE inputs
• Ability to collaborate across technical, functional, financial, and administrative teams
• Ability to translate complex financial/technical information for non‑technical stakeholders

• Experience with ERP solutions (especially SaaS) in a DoD/Federal environment
• Knowledge of ERP-driven business process reengineering and configuration-based design
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and master data management
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe for COTS/SaaS implementations
• Understanding of DOTMLPF-P constructs
• Experience supporting multi-stakeholder governance bodies

This person will provide disciplined financial analysis for the financial impacts across airlift, sealift, surface transportation, and broader DTS capabilities. They participate in finance‑focused WIPTs and business process reengineering groups, coordinating and synthesizing financial, audit, and operational inputs into clear, senior‑leader‑ready briefing materials.

Their work includes developing and documenting cost drivers, financial assumptions, and analytical artifacts, as well as preparing decision‑support materials aligned with DoD Financial Management regulations. Day to day, they collaborate with technical, functional, financial, and administrative stakeholders, ensuring alignment, maintaining traceability of financial inputs, and delivering well‑structured, reliable insights that inform leadership decisions.
