Crain Kia of Sherwood is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our NLR Kia team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of appearance and quality before delivery to customers.

• Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic defects and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles are detailed to company standards and ready for customer delivery.
• Assist with moving vehicles around the lot as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Previous experience as a Detailer or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Familiarity with automotive cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
