Position: Retail Assistant Store Manager - 2591

Position Summary

Assistant Store Manager (6+ months management experience). Manage day‑to‑day operations, train and retain staff, drive financial goals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Create a customer‑centric environment and resolve issues promptly.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store talent.
  • Open and close the store, protect assets, and handle cash drawers.
  • Maintain inventory control, loan management, and merchandising standards.
  • Analyze financial statements, set goals, and drive profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with asset protection and safety procedures.
  • Communicate store mission and profit objectives to employees.
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years old;
    High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6+ months management or third‑key experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended periods.
  • Strong supervisory, firearms certification, and point‑of‑sale (POS) skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, organizational, analytical, and excellent cash handling.
  • Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must work 40+ hours per week; schedule not guaranteed.
  • Computer literate and able to operate office machines.
