Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

We are looking for a proven leader with a strong drive to succeed, who believes in working hard and having fun. As a Store Manager, you will bring your leadership, talents, and experience to a team-oriented and dynamic environment.

Your Role As a Store Manager

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee all store operations, maintain assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring all staff follow safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies.
• Maintain a well-organized and clean store environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a passion for hair and beauty.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities. May involve working around moving parts, carts, or machines and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
