• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patients' progress and report findings to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in education and training programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent
• Current Texas Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
