• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treating wounds, and performing vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Conduct assessments and document patient data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medication administration, treatment plans, and patient progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

• Current LVN license in the State of Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
