Industrial Brake Operator- 2nd Shift

The Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is hiring an Industrial Brake Operator for 2nd shift (Monday‑Thursday 2:30 pm‑11:00 pm, Friday 12:30 pm‑9:00 pm). The hourly rate is $25.39.

• Set up and operate LVD Press Brake controls.
• Troubleshoot machine problems.
• Identify and tag shop orders with product information.
• Retrieve/enter data into the system.
• Ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts.
• Maintain components and supplies to operate efficiently.
• Brake components based on print specifications.
• Perform 5S and continuous improvement activities.

• Minimum of one (1) year Press Brake or Machine Operations experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Physical ability to stand continuously, lift up to 50 lbs, and use PPE (safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes, leather gloves, hearing protection).
• Knowledge of bending program loading, solid math and analytical skills.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside in the Sherman, TX area.
• Position does not offer immigration sponsorship.

• Must stand continuously during the shift.
• Must lift 50 lbs without assistance.
• Requires PPE: safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes, leather gloves, hearing protection.
• Exposure to sharp objects, pinch points, oil, sparks.
