Industrial Brake Operator – 2nd Shift – Sherman, TX

On-site position. Core hours Monday‑Thursday 2:30 pm–11:00 pm and Friday 12:30 pm–9:00 pm. Hourly rate $25.39.

• Set‑up and proficiently operate LVD Press Brake controls.
• Troubleshoot various machine problems.
• Identify and tag shop orders with product.
• Retrieve/enter data into the system.
• Ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts.
• Maintain components and supplies as required.
• Brake components based on print specifications.
• Perform 5S & Continuous Improvement activities.

High School/GED.

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of Press Brake or Machine Operations experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; only candidates residing within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX will be considered.

Computer skills including bending program loading, solid math skills, and analytical and reasoning skills.

• Able to stand on feet continuously during the shift.
• Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
• Requires PPE: safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes, leather gloves, hearing protection (as required in high noise areas).
• Environment exposure includes sharp objects, pinch points, oil, and sparks.
