• Drive Zero Incident Safety Culture.
• Responsible for the workforce, safety, and 5S+ levels in the assigned area.
• Train, upgrade, evaluate and review operators.
• Maintain good employee relations and adherence to labor contract provisions, taking proper disciplinary measures when required.
• Keep records of attendance, performance, and departmental activities.
• Report process and equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
• Schedule overtime as necessary.
• Conduct daily team stand‑up meetings focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost/productivity, and inventory.
• Enforce safety policies and programs, meet operating budgets, complete continuous improvement plans, coach employees on behavior/performance, and initiate disciplinary actions if required.
• Ensure the department meets production demands and that team leaders understand their roles in order fulfillment.
• Lead cross‑functional team to improve processes and meet plant objectives.
• Create a basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring standardized work processes are followed and countermeasures implemented, while remaining compliant with safety requirements.
• Contribute to a safe, engaged, and inclusive work culture by ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment, operation of equipment, and performing 5S duties.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution OR Associate Degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years manufacturing/operations experience OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years manufacturing/operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• SAP experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
