Overview
Concord Hospice is a comprehensive and compassionate care option for individuals going through the final stages of life. We care for terminally ill patients at their place of residence, whether that is at home, a skilled nursing facility, or another residential setting.
Hospice focuses on delivering comfort to terminally ill patients after attempts to cure them have failed. Our services are designed to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, and practical needs of patients and their loved ones. Above all, it’s the comfort and well-being of our patients that drive all that we do.
Qualifications- High school diploma preferred.
- Current C.N.A. certification required.
- 1 Year Of Experience As a Hospice Aide Preferred.
- Current driver license required.
