EMIT Technologies, a leading provider of emissions control and monitoring solutions, is seeking a skilled Welder to join our day shift or night shift team in Sheridan, Wyoming. As a Welder at EMIT, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects and use your welding skills to contribute to our mission of providing innovative solutions to environmental challenges.

$1000 Sign On Bonus

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding process specifications
• Use welding equipment and tools to join or cut metal parts
• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and shaping them
• Determine the appropriate welding techniques and methods based on the type of metal and project specifications
• Conduct inspections to ensure the quality of welded joints and make necessary repairs
• Follow safety procedures and regulations while performing welding tasks
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Continuously improve welding skills and techniques through training and practice

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Welding certification

• 3 plus years welding experience
• Must pass EMIT welding test
