RN Responsibilities Include
  • Providing direct nursing care aligned with residents’ individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion
  • Monitoring resident conditions and coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Supporting and mentoring nursing students and junior staff
  • Educating residents and families about care needs and health management
  • Leading by example to promote a culture of respect, quality, and accountability
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
