This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Yard Associate, located in Sheridan, WY. The Yard Associate will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, assisting customers with locating products, organizing and maintaining the yard, and ensuring accurate inventory management. The role also involves operating forklifts and other equipment safely, handling materials efficiently, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.

• Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment, with relevant certifications preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management and yard maintenance
• Customer service skills, including effective communication and the ability to assist with product inquiries
• Physical capability to handle and lift materials in a fast‑paced environment
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive problem‑solving attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of building materials is a plus
