Behavioral Health Provider – One Health (Sheridan, WY)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Salary: $81,935–$92,599/year (DOE)

One Health in Sheridan, Wyoming is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our integrated care team. At One Health, you will play a key role in expanding access to care for underserved communities while collaborating with a dedicated team to improve behavioral health outcomes. You’ll work closely with primary care providers, nurses, and behavioral health professionals in a supportive, team-based environment. You will also have opportunities for:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within your licensed scope
• Provide therapy, preventive guidance, case management, and specialty referrals
• Consult with primary care and care team members to support comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
• Participate in community outreach, education, and integrated care initiatives

Required

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Licensed in Wyoming as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Experience with individual therapy and treatment plans
• BLS certification upon hire
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred

• Two or more years of experience in community or behavioral health
• Experience working with diverse populations
