Overview

Behavioral Health Provider – One Health (Sheridan, WY)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Salary: $81,935–$92,599/year (DOE)

Role Summary

One Health in Sheridan, Wyoming is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our integrated care team. In this role, you will provide therapy, case management, and preventive care in a community where your work truly matters, collaborating with a team dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of your neighbors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within your licensed scope
  • Provide therapy, preventive guidance, case management, and specialty referrals
  • Consult with primary care and care team members to support comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
  • Participate in community outreach, education, and integrated care initiatives
Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Licensed in Wyoming as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Experience with individual therapy and treatment plans
  • BLS certification upon hire
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred

  • Two or more years of experience in community or behavioral health
  • Experience working with diverse populations
