Competitive salary range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually.

Flexible hours – any hours worked over 40 a week paid at straight hourly rate.

In the Controller position, you will manage financial reporting, oversee budgeting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will analyze financial data to provide insights that drive decision‑making, interact regularly with cross‑functional teams, and enhance accounting processes.

Solid foundation in financial principles, excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, and a strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Effective communication abilities, leadership qualities, adaptability, and a customer‑centric mindset are essential.

Position requires travel (using WWC vehicles). Valid driver’s license and coverage under WWC vehicle insurance are required. Offer contingent upon passing a pre‑employment drug & alcohol test. This is an at‑will employment offer and does not constitute an employment contract.
