Position Title: Client Service Associate
The Client Service Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting financial advisors and enhancing client satisfaction. This position demands a high level of organization and multitasking, as the associate will manage various operational tasks while interacting with clients. The responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
Additionally, a strong aptitude for technology is essential to effectively manage client information and communications.
- Support two advisors managing $330 million in assets under management
- Handle client phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Process client transactions, including sending checks and setting up ACH transfers
- Assist in opening new accounts and managing paperwork
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address inquiries
- Follow advisor direction and manage operational tasks as required
- Execute simple trades and assist with annual reviews for clients
- Maintain awareness of market trends to engage in informed conversations with clients
- Utilize CRM systems to enter and manage client information
- Set up clients on technological platforms as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably within a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer
- Proficient in technology and comfortable using various software applications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Registered client associate (Series 7 and Series 66 or 63/65) is preferred
