Project Manager – Construction

Full‑time position in a high‑growth, full‑service construction firm.

$110,000 – $135,000 per year

• Lead all aspects of project management, providing direction to on‑site superintendents and construction managers.
• Establish project goals, timelines, and policies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as the main liaison with clients, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor financials, construction progress, and overall performance to ensure success.
• Perform estimating & bidding, analyze site conditions, interpret project specifications, identify subcontractors, develop preliminary schedules.
• Manage pre‑construction tasks: review contracts, coordinate payroll, submit submittals, schedule subcontractors, prepare binders.
• Execute construction: direct crews, manage recruitment & discipline, ensure EEO compliance, facilitate communication, approve invoices, track costs, submit change orders.
• Post‑construction: submit substantial completion requests, conduct job cost audits, lead post‑project analysis and closeouts.

• Preferred degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management; equivalent experience accepted.
• 4+ years of project management experience coordinating with owners, engineers, agency personnel, employees, vendors, and the public.
• Proficiency with construction‑related software and general computer tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
