Territory Sales Manager – PPE & Industrial Safety
Quebec & Ottawa Valley | Full-Time | Growth-Focused Role
Dentec Safety is aggressively expanding in the Quebec and Ottawa Valley markets and is seeking a high-performance Territory Sales Manager to accelerate distributor growth, secure end-user product approvals, and capture market share in the industrial safety and PPE sector. This is not a maintenance role — this is a market expansion mandate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and aggressively grow the existing distributor base while identifying and securing new distribution partners.
- Strengthen strategic relationships with key distributor accounts to increase share of wallet.
- Ensure Dentec PPE products are strongly represented across online platforms, catalogues, and promotional campaigns.
End-User Development & Specification
- Target key industrial end-users to drive product approvals and specification wins.
- Build long-term relationships with safety managers, procurement teams, and plant leadership.
- Partner with distributors to convert approvals into measurable sales growth.
Sales Execution & Market Activation
- Lead joint sales initiatives with distributor inside and outside sales teams.
- Participate in territory sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline development.
- Identify and participate in strategic trade shows and industry events.
Performance & Territory Management
- Maintain disciplined CRM reporting and weekly activity updates.
- Execute a highly organized and efficient travel plan to maximize territory coverage.
- 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience in PPE, industrial, safety, or construction markets.
- Proven success driving distributor growth and securing end-user approvals.
- Experience selling into industrial environments (manufacturing, construction, utilities, oil & gas, mining).
- Strong presentation and training skills.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong closing skills.
- Willingness to travel within Quebec and Ottawa Valley.
