About the RoleAs the Retail Operations Project Lead for North America, you will report to the ORV Retail Ops Manager and will help the company maintain its leadership position in the powersports industry. Your work will involve creating and executing strategies that differentiate BRP from competitors and drive growth in key markets.
Responsibilities- Identify monthly go‑to‑market priorities, develop action plans with key stakeholders, and report progress to the senior management team.
- Lead regional go‑to‑market and 360° campaigns that strengthen our market position and stimulate retail sales.
- Execute growth initiatives in key markets, ensuring strong delivery of regional marketing plans.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental synergies, optimizing processes and communication among stakeholders.
- Build strong business relationships with regional and district sales managers.
- Drive change initiatives with support from management and the sales director.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial/sales, marketing, or retail operations.
- Ability to manage projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership skills and a sense of ownership.
- Highly driven and motivated to win against the competition.
- Analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
