Maintenance Worker in Delson

We are currently looking for a handyman for one of our residential buildings in Delson. Are you described as a versatile person, good with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we are looking for!

• Able to lay floating floor
• Actively participate in various company committees
• Know and apply company policies and procedures
• All other related tasks
• Collaborate or perform any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
• Do minor repairs in the apartments (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, change water heaters, etc.)
• Inform the immediate superior of the needs for materials and products for the maintenance and upkeep of the building
• Knowledge of plumbing and electricity
• Make spring and winter outdoor preparations
• Preventive maintenance on equipment
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks occasionally alternating custody
• Construction
• Make service calls

• Good team player
• A DEP in general building maintenance (as asset)
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Customer service experience an asset
• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
