As a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team within the global Parts, Accessories and Apparel (PA&A) group, you will collaborate with management and business units focused on distribution and logistics. Your work will drive financial efficiency and operational excellence across our global transportation operations.
Responsibilities- Develop and refine data‑driven financial models to support strategic decision‑making in distribution, transportation and 3PL operations.
- Evaluate performance of distribution, transportation and 3PL operations, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts; identify and explain variances and recommend actions.
- Maintain financial forecasts and budgets for distribution, transportation and 3PL operations, using historical trends, current data and predictive models.
- Oversee the development, implementation and optimization of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure accurate data integration into the data warehouse.
- Create modern data visualisations and dashboards to translate complex financial and operational data, facilitating informed decision‑making.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in data analysis and finance.
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, supply‑chain management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with a natural aptitude for data analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both official languages.
- Experience with advanced query tools (Snowflake, SQL/SSMS) and familiarity with ETL tools such as Knime or Dataiku.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) and programming in Python, R or SQL.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a dynamic environment and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Capability to build and maintain collaborative relationships and networks, and a drive for continuous improvement.
