• Perform tax quality control related to assigned tax topics in collaboration with the development team
• Design and update tax test cases in collaboration with tax specialists
• Execute tax test cases to ensure accuracy
• Review programming code to identify anomalies related to calculations
• Engage with customers post-software launch to research and resolve calculation issues

• College diploma (DEC) or bachelor's degree in business administration, tax, accounting, or finance option, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer skills and intermediate Excel functions (macros)
• Ability to read in English
• Strong teamwork skills with a focus on deadlines and quality

• Knowledge of development using the Agile method
• Bilingualism in French and English
