Inthis position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support production by resolving equipment failures and preventing their recurrence
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize processes, reduce costs and improve safety
- Lead optimization workshops and apply Lean methodologies
- Collaborate with supervision to follow up on improvement projects
- Analyze malfunctions and develop sustainable action plans
- Promote the use of performance indicators to measure results
- Share and adapt best practices across operations
Skills & Qualifications
- BAC in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven creativity and strategic vision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to sharing information and collaborating with production teams
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with varying priorities
