We are looking for an Accessories Product Analyst to support the Global Accessory Product Strategy Team for Can-Am ATV and Can-Am Side by Side Accessories, under the responsibility of the Accessories Global Product Manager and working in collaboration with the Engineering, Design, Business Intelligence, Planning, Marketing, Sales and International departments.

Responsibilities
  • Research and elaborate market trend and business trend studies in order to identify and evaluate new portfolio opportunities for product and growth in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with our Selling Regions in order to maximize the global product offering in line with worldwide market and consumer needs.
  • Elaborate and lead the product portfolio process and selection for our product categories in collaboration with the Design and Development teams.
  • Build strong relevant project definitions in line with market and consumer needs in order to orient the Design and Engineering teams to develop a compelling portfolio of accessories.
  • Elaborate and maintain financial business cases for each of the projects selected in the portfolio process, and validate their profitability all through the development phases.
  • Research and forecast potential sales volumes, penetration rates and product cannibalization for each project and make adjustments as needed throughout the process.
  • Work closely with Design and Engineering throughout the entire development process to influence and orient the projects from a voice of the customer perspective.
  • Continuously strive to improve our key financial performance indicators:
    Growth, Profitability, Margins and Return on Invested Capital, while building a highly innovative, integrated and desirable accessory portfolio.
  • Continuously be on the lookout for any growth opportunities that could contribute to our mission.
  • Contribute to related Accessory Product Development, Go to Market, Sales activities and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge and / or high interest of the Powersports Industry is a must, including interest and desire to experience our products.
  • Knowledge and comprehension of the Powersports Parts and Accessories (PG&A) business.
  • University degree and/or experience relevant to the position.
  • English is a must; comprehension of French is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in building, and selling strong business plans.
  • Proficient using MS Office tools, including Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Experience in influencing cross‑functional teams while maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Strong analytical and scenario building skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task and set priorities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Availability to travel on occasion throughout the world.

Position located in the Sherbrooke, QC with regular meetings in Valcourt, QC, Canada.
