Identify and proactively resolve supply chain issues, collaborating with Procurement Coordinators and managers to develop action plans.
Influence stakeholders on supply chain and sourcing initiatives.
Understand sourcing market landscape
Understand and evaluate the impacts of both strategic and tactical decisions on the short term strategy of the supply base.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related areas.
Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
Excellent mentoring, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in SAP and IBP is an asset.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
