YOUR ROLEYou will play an essential role in the company’s daily operations and in the image it projects to clients, partners, and visitors.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments;
- Greeting, informing, and directing clients, suppliers, and visitors;
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and parcels (postal and courier services);
- Performing data entry in internal software systems;
- Managing promotional materials;
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed;
- Assisting with logistical and administrative support during corporate events;
- Performing various related administrative tasks.
Through your professionalism and efficiency, you will directly contribute to:
- The company’s image and reputation;
- The quality of the customer experience;
- The follow-up and progression of client files.
- You hold a vocational diploma (DEP) in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or other relevant training;
- You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- You have a strong interest in customer service;
- You are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail;
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- You are fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (advanced level required);
- Knowledge of Spanish is considered an asset.
