Overview
Commercial Property Solicitor. An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ+ years PQE) to work for a growing Legal 500 law firm based in its Dorset office in Sherborne.
This expanding law firm in Dorset is looking for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful commercial property team. You'll be handling a broad range of commercial property work for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, lease renewals and lease management matters, property finance and corporate transaction support.
My client offers staff flexible hybrid working.
Responsibilities- Support to run your own caseload.
- Participate in business development and grow your own caseload.
- Solicitor with Commercial Property experience (NQ+ years PQE).
